Privacy Notice
This notice explains how DRL Holdings handles information you send through the public website, including the contact form. It is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. The contact form is not an intake channel for protected health information.
What we collect
The public contact form collects the fields you enter: name, email address, organization (optional), reason for contact, and message. We also receive ordinary technical metadata from the request, such as time of submission and that the request reached our host.
We do not ask for, and you must not send, patient-identifiable information, protected health information, Social Security numbers, passwords, or confidential transaction materials (deal rooms, CIMs, resident charts, or similar files) through this form.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Submissions are stored on the DRL Holdings desk so authorized users can respond. Depending on configuration, that may include a durable inbox on our Cloudflare Worker and an email copy sent to the firm mailbox. Access is limited to authorized DRL Holdings desk users. Public visitors cannot read other people’s submissions.
Retention and deletion
We keep contact submissions long enough to respond to the inquiry and for ordinary business-record purposes. We do not use the public form as a clinical, billing, or deal-file archive. To request deletion or a copy of what you submitted, email dani@drlholdings.net from the same address you used on the form. We will not retain information you asked us to delete except where we must keep a limited record of the request.
Third-party processors
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. If email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the notification email so the desk can reply. Those processors receive only what is needed to host the site or deliver the message. We do not sell contact-form data.
Sensitive information
The contact form is for capital, partnership, and press inquiries. It does not accept patient-identifiable information, protected health information, or confidential transaction files. If you send that material anyway, we will treat it as a mistaken submission, limit access, and delete it when we become aware of it. Use a controlled diligence channel after we have agreed in writing — not this form.
